1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays) from our Surat unit. You will receive an order confirmation by email and SMS as soon as your order is placed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
A handling and delivery fee of ₹99 applies to current Cash on Delivery orders. Any future prepaid shipping offer will be shown clearly at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India for orders up to ₹10,000. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track from your account or by emailing support@tarasu.in with your order ID.
6. Delays
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier-side issues. We will keep you updated and resolve any concerns promptly.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned for international shipping in 2026.
